Just had the best experience! After being told by another local Pool store that my Hayward heater was garbage, and I couldn't even order the parts and to buy a new heater with them. Jen at United Pools had the parts I needed!! Plus she tested my water and let me know that my water was fine! I haven't heard that from the local pool store ever they just love to sell you chemicals. I am so happy you are in town! I am a new loyal customer!

Best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Seamless. I needed a new pool cover. Large 38k gallon freeform pool. Justin said it would be easiest to remove the cover to have new one built to exact specifications. They came. Took the cover. Provided estimate and options. Ordered and then installed the new cover. I didn't have to do a thing. They took care of everything. They never even asked for a deposit or even payment for the custom cover until the whole job was completed. Amazing service.

Simply amazing. They took my green, nasty looking pool, that hadn't been opened in a couple years, and made it crystal blue in a week! Wayne was a magician and Jen was so helpful and really eased our fears about what we though was going to be a nightmare. And I didnt spend anywhere near where I thought I would have to.
